Gaps and overlaps
Five similar greys, no wood-look plank, nothing for the bathroom wall. Ranges tend to grow by accident.
Solutions · Distributors & wholesalers
Your customers expect depth: core sizes available, a few statement designs and consistent shade on reorders. As your tile supplier, we help you plan a balanced range from many partner factories in India, and handle the repeat orders that keep it on the shelf.
01Your situation
A container is one decision. A range is dozens of them — and they have to work together season after season.
Five similar greys, no wood-look plank, nothing for the bathroom wall. Ranges tend to grow by accident.
Specifiers want something distinctive; contractors want dependable price points. A good range serves both.
A reorder from a different batch — or a different factory — can arrive in a slightly different shade or calibre.
Factories retire designs. Without warning, you are left with half a display and nothing to reorder.
02What we handle
You buy from one supplier, on one invoice, instead of separate deals with each factory. For distributors, that typically covers:
A look at your current range and market, and where formats, looks or price tiers are missing.
Design-led pieces for showrooms alongside volume ranges at different price points, drawn from many partner factories, subject to availability.
Catalogue pages and technical information matched to your brief, rather than everything sent in bulk.
Samples for evaluation; display boards or panels can be discussed with the partner factories.
The product code, partner factory, shade and calibre of each order, kept on record so reorders are easier to specify.
Several designs, from one or more partner factories, combined in one container where minimums and the loading plan allow.

03What to send us
You don’t need sales data. A short description of what moves, what doesn’t and what customers ask for is enough to start.

05What needs factory confirmation
Range planning only works if the supply behind it is real. These points are always confirmed with manufacturing partners, in writing.
Yes — subject to each product’s minimum quantity, availability at the partner factory and a workable loading plan. Because tiles are heavy, a mixed container has to be planned by weight as well as by pallet count.
We can also combine products from more than one partner factory in one container. The loading plan and any extra cost are confirmed at quotation.
MOQ is set per product by the manufacturing partner. It depends on the format, finish and design, and on whether the order comes from existing stock or needs a new production run. Many export orders are planned around a full container load.
Share your target quantity and we will confirm the applicable minimums at quotation.
Shade variation between production batches is normal for glazed and printed tiles. Tiles are sorted by shade and calibre, and these are marked on the cartons. For one project or area, order enough from a single batch and avoid mixing shade or calibre codes.
You can ask for each product to be supplied in a single shade and calibre where possible; this is subject to confirmation by the partner factory.
Yes, samples can usually be arranged for shortlisted products. Sample and courier charges — and whether any of it is adjusted against a later order — are agreed with you in advance.
Keep in mind that a sample shows the design and finish; production batches can vary in shade. Where consistency is critical, agree an approved reference sample before production. See our sample approval process.
For some products, smaller quantities — for example a trial order or a project lot — may be possible. Availability varies, and shipping part-loads usually costs more per square metre than a full container. Tell us your quantity and destination and we will say honestly whether it is practical.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. After that, prices may need to be reconfirmed because production costs, freight rates and exchange rates change. Once an order is confirmed on agreed terms, those terms apply.
Share your market, current range and the gaps you want to fill. We’ll suggest options from our partner factories; availability, MOQ and lead times are confirmed at quotation.
